Because I thought it was possible when the growth and management in the cafe which preferred to be open before put on fundamental person, thing" and" money of company management here.

★ Why did you decide to work with bumps?
I used to work in a tavern before, but there is no rest, so I hate to go back and forth between home and work,
When I was doing something I wanted to do, I ran out of money, and I found a job on "Daily payment! With a dorm!"

★ How was it actually working?
The environment around me is clear and I like what I want to do
"I decide my own life!"
"I want to have a happy life !!"
Because of that, it is fun for one's life for the first time
created and exciting every day!

★ What is your goal (dream) from now on?
Having been eating Japanese food for 17 years, I will not be hired by the company from now on
Develop a Japanese-style restaurant by yourself
People who work there also want to "make it fun to work!" Environment!
As I use the skill of the dish afterward and handle fruits with commercial materials now
We will deliver a new and innovative fruit cafe using the fruit!

I am 36 years old now, but I can reverse my life even if I start from now!
I believe in myself and I am working hard now. Regardless of educational background, age, past, work history

School days are also dreamless in particular, and everyone is deciding course one after another, and I remember that there was a leaving behind sense.

 

You'll tell to stick to work which becomes stable from a parent, and I make the cooking which was being done a little by parent help work in order to put work on the hand for now! I thought so, went to a college 1 year and got licensed cook licence.

 

I found a vacancy from a hotel restaurant, thought "This is large enterprise and it's stable!", interviewed and passed admirably.

A parent was glad and thought I became stable with this, too.

But, when lifting a lid, a working environment is surprised, and too tight!

A body is tight and the income also is tight and isn't thing like this stability! I thought so.

 

There is a chance to go to Melbourne in Australia for 2 months as dish training during such.

That gave a wonderful impact to me!

The person who goes up in the fixed time, goes from there to BAR by everyone and has the family returns early, and, child and rice. "Don't be enjoying a life, not as I work.", wonderfully, it was felt!
